Calm is a 4-week online journey designed to guide you gently back to yourself…
back to your breath, your body, and a deeper sense of inner peace.
Created from over 20 years of personal practice and a deep passion for women’s wellbeing, this experience brings together my most loved and transformative modalities into one supportive, nurturing space.
This is not just about relaxation…
it’s about learning how to create calm from within and carry it into your everyday life.
Over four weeks, you will be guided through a body, mind and soul approach to restoring your nervous system, softening your body, and reconnecting with your feminine rhythm.
Inside the journey, you’ll receive:
• Weekly yoga practices to release tension and soften the body
• Guided meditations to quiet the mind and deepen inner connection
• Breathwork to regulate your nervous system and create safety within
• Somatic practices to support emotional release and embodiment
• Sound healing journeys for deep rest and integration
• Masterclasses to help you understand your nervous system, mindset, and how to create more space for calm in your life.
Each week, new content and resources will be shared inside a private Facebook group, allowing you to move gently while feeling supported within a beautiful community of women walking this path alongside you.
This journey is held within a live 4-week container…
there is something powerful about moving through this work together, in rhythm, one week at a time.
To support you without pressure, you will also have access to all content for a short integration period after the journey ends…
a space to revisit, deepen, and receive at your own pace.
After this time, access will close, honouring the intention of this being a guided and immersive experience…

This week is all about slowing down, grounding, and reconnecting with your body and breath.
We begin by gently stepping out of the rush and into presence… learning how to feel safe, supported, and held within your own body.
Week 2: Understanding Your Inner World
Creating awareness around your nervous system and patterns.
This week, we deepen into understanding…
learning how your nervous system works, how stress shows up in your body, and how your thoughts and patterns influence your state of calm.
This is where awareness begins to create real change.
Week 3: Softening & Releasing
Letting go of what your body has been holding.
This week is about gentle release…
moving through stored tension, emotions, and energetic weight that may be keeping you in a state of overwhelm or busyness.
We soften, feel, and allow.
Week 4: Embodying Calm
Living, breathing, and choosing calm in your everyday life.
In this final week, we bring everything together…
learning how to carry calm with you beyond the mat and into your life, your relationships, and your daily rhythm.
This is about integration, embodiment, and trust.
